Tips from earlier classes

The following are words of advice from students in previous semesters:

  • Read the upcoming notes and assignments before the class in which they are covered.
  • Do not focus on the assignments only -- the exams stress terms and concepts.
  • Re-read the notes after doing the assignments.
  • Be sure you understand how each assignment relates to the terms and concepts in the note.
  • Be sure to understand where each note fits within the class.
  • Do not get behind.
