This assignment tests your ability to find things on the Web.
  1. What is the number of Internet users world wide today? (This should be a current year figure)
  2. What is the URL of the page with the answer?
  3. Find a picture of a dog's nose, and print it out to turn in.
  4. What is the URL of the page with the picture?
  5. Find a video of an explosion, and print out the first image to turn in.
  6. What is the URL of the page with the video?
  7. We often use search engines to find people rather than documents. For example, you could search on "Internet in Nepal" to find people who know about that topic. Find an article Dr. Press has written on the Internet in Nepal
  8. What is the URL of the article you found?
  9. What is the name and email address of an expert on knitting?
  10. What is the URL of the page you found their name and email address on?
(A tip -- don't forget to get the email address of the knitting expert. That is typically how you contact people you find online).
