Document sharing assignment contest

This is not a document sharing assignment, but an assignment to invent a document sharing assignment.

One of my goals for this class is to give you practice with the sort of writing people do on the Internet today. We have already talked about the need to write concise, precise documents like those described by Jason Fried in his talk on hiring criteria. (Yes, I may mention that talk every day).

Collaborative writing is another skill I would like you to practice. How can two or more people use a network-based word processor like Google Writer to jointly write something?

For this assignment, I want you to invent an assignment that would give two or more people some practice using Google Writer.

Write up the assignment and print it out to turn in. Also post it on your blog and put it on your Web site.

The best assignment will be assigned for the following week. The contest winner will get an extra credit for one assignment.
