Spoof water bill contest

We have seen that the telephone and cable companies do not want to think of themselves as undifferentiated communication providers, as plain ISPs, but as providers of specific information services like telephony or TV broadcast.

What if the water company did the same sort of thing? Instead of being an undifferentiated provider of water, they might like to differentiate between the water for dish-washing service, the water for drinking service, etc.

That sounds kind of goofy doesn't it.

Can you design a spoof water bill that makes fun of the idea? What would your water billl look like if the water company were a division of Verizon?
