Go to the Wikipedia, and find an article on a topic you are familiar with. It can be a topic you have studied in school or on your own, but make sure you are familiar with it.

Complete this survey on the accuracy and completeness of the article. Note that all of the questions must be answered. Print a screenshot of your answers just before you submit them because your browser will be redirected once you do it. I will also check your answers online, so be sure to submit them.
