Terrorists use the Net too

The al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades fire rockets into Israeli cities. In this video , al-Aqsa's commander in Gaza shows how he uses Google Earth to search for targets inside of Israel. He states "We obtain the details from Google Earth and we check them against our maps of the city centre and sensitive areas."

Nearly every application or technology has a dark side. The good/evil possibilities of the Internet pale in comparison to those of the expanding field of molecular biology.

Do you feel some Internet applications be banned? If so, is it practically possible to do so?
