Survey creation mechanics

This assignment will teach skill with the mechanics of creating a survey, so you can focus on design.

Establish a student account at SurveyGizmo.com. When your account is established, create a test survey with these four questions:

1. Our class covers Internet skills and ___.
2. Our class covers the implications of the Internet for individuals, organizations and ___ .
3. Which was invented first, the Internet or the Web? Pick one.

4. Which have you done? Check all that apply.

Video processing

Publish the survey then test it by completing it several times, giving different answers.

Turn in a screen shot of the survey with the correct answers and a pie chart summarizing the replies to question three..
