Make a copy of my original data type narration file, and clean it up for yourself. Remove unwanted sounds using Audacity, then level it using Levelator. Print the edited and leveled version to turn in and place the audio on your Web site.
Record yourself speaking on some topic for one minute. Speak naturally without a script or much rehearsal. Then listen to the recording several times, noting errors you would like to correct. Make the corrections, level the file, and print the original and final versions to turn in and place the audio on your Web site. Also turn in the list of errors that you corrected along with their start times in the original recording.
