Fixing computer problems

I am connected through an company LAN and have to go through a server to access mail and other applications needed to get the job done.

system administrator for various PeopleSoft applications. developed using PeopleTools, some java, troubleshooting a little COBOL

At work mainly use email, calendaring, expense reporting and travel arranging.

Slightly, when creating spreadsheets or utilizing desktop applications created for the use of employees.

I don't currently use IT at my job.

Creating Report with Cagnos

I use programs such as MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PoerPoint, etc., daily.

When I work on the internet in the lab, to check on their websites to see anythings to be change their sites.

Honestly, I don't use IT at work so I really don't know have it work but I would like to know how it work.

To perform my work functions at Fluor Corporation, I use the following programs on a daily basis: Word Excell Lotus Notes Adobe Google Firefox Material Manager (company software) This program is utilized to issue purchase orders and track materials. POL - Projects On Line. It is a documet tranfer file via the internet. This program is used between suppliers / Fluor. Vendor Information Management is a program, which allows review and approval of vendor invoices. EAS - Employee Assistance Program - this progam - is utilized to input reimbursable expenses. Supplier Performance Accessment - This program is utilized to evaluate supplier performance SAP - This program is a time card system. To report hours worked. Remote On Line Access - Is a program that I must use to access the Fluor system utilizing a lap top (when not connected to the Fluor system). Typically used when I am working from home.

I am a Systems Engineer and familiar with many aspects of IT.

I am a Systems administrator for the Getty Museum. I deal with both PCs and Macs and many servers and many applications as well as interconnctivity and intercompatabilities. I support and interact with project managers, software engineers, and a diverse population of users.

i don't know about IT, so i don't have any idea about it.

I use Microsoft Office, as well as the Internet and Intranet.

I use IT to do my job as an account executive to about 20 small to medium-size businesses throughout the west coast. I also use IT to connect to our other offices though out the US and Canada.

At work I create documents in Microsoft Word applications like Word, Excel. I browse the company intranet for employee information and forms.

When, I usually use IT for school or in the lab to work on their class projects for teamworks. Also, check on their websites, if anything changes on the internet.

Yes. I've been working with computers for a while now. The first Bachelor's degree I received in 2002 was in Telecommunications Management. I put together my first computer several years ago and am proficient in hardware and software applications.

I have created databases using MS Access. I supported and upgraded applications including a credit scoring application.

CIS 270 and my company offers classes on microsoft office products.

Extensive web browsing. Basic Programming. Computer Hardware knowledge. Will to learn anything new

I have installed hard drives, CD/DVD-ROM drives, computer memory, operating systems in desktop computers. I have installed computer networks/servers and have network operating system (Cisco) experience.

Yes, when I took some other classes to work on their project on the sites. It's keep me going to learn some steps to go back and forth.

My experience with this class isn't much but I have basic ideas with Word, Excel, Access, etc. I truly believe by the end of this Fall semester I will learn lot of new things from this class.

I'm pretty good with computer like input output, searching, googling and i can do Photoshop and Microsoft Word very well. i have very few experiences with HTML as i used to study when i was in Cambodia in 2002.

I was a professional audio engineer for A&M records, as well as a Post-Production engineer for Wilshire Stages. I have seen the transitions in both environments from analog to digital in audio, video, and technological formats. I also started repairing PCs back in the early 80's, and a computer operator on DEC servers.

Networking sites like Myspace and Friendster allows users to use HTML to customize their accounts. I've copied some from other websites that offer theme layouts for users, but I've edited them to my liking.
