The complex has 32 one bedroom apartments, 72 two bedroom apartments, and 60 three bedroom apartments. The map indicates the number of apartments in each building and the number of bedrooms in an apartment. Thus the northernmost building has 8 two-bedroom apartments.
There are a total of 356 bedrooms and an average of about 1.4 students per bedroom (approximately 500 students total). The current occupancy rate is 96% and it is typically 100%.
The three bedroom apartments are in the area south of the circle, and they are approximately 12 years old.
The one and two bedroom apartments in the area around and north of the circle are approximately 22 years old.
There are two telephone and three CATV concentration points in the complex (shown green). Each building has a telephone box and a cable box mounted on an outside wall. Every bedroom has at least one telephone jack and every living room a CATV jack. There are also telephone jacks in the kitchens and living rooms.
Buildings A and X are at the lowest elevation, and the property slopes gently up to the east. There are a few trees in the complex.
Building A is the main office and building X has a computer lab. They both have fiber connections to the campus backbone and 24 port switches.
