This assignment tests your ability to write programs with ListBoxes.

Start by studying our notes on ListBoxes and the Form_Load event. When you completely understand them, write this ListBox compliment program two times, once initializing the ListBox at design time and once initializing it at run time.

Turn in listings of both versions along with screen shots during execution.
