Making a transparent GIF

Create the image using Paint or some other drawing program.

Bring it into Microsoft Photo Editor and use the color selection tool to pick the color you wish to become transparent.

Confirm the RGB codes for the transparent color.

Save the transparent-background version with a different file name.
